docs: serve the concierge and other agents in interactive mode - #198

Guide 5 stopped at the Coder tunnel, so participants still had to guess the command that actually launches the UI. End on serving the concierge in interactive mode, and keep the tunnel as the Coder-only half so local users are not told to skip the whole guide. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
